A blast from the past! You’d think he would have looked a little more excited!
I thought that too. Maybe he didn’t realise he’d won!
Reminds me of my first downhill skiing experience. Oh. Except that I wiped out at 24.65 seconds and pinwheeled to the edge of a mogul. Got a standing ovation from the folks at the chair lift section, though!

Lol @ Melissa. That’s why I’ve never tried skiing – no co-ordination!
I still clearly remember how Franz looked when he skied.
I remember watching this on TV.
And vaguely remember seeing him go past at the 76 Olympics.
Only think I remember the Olympics vicariously
