I’m ashamed to say I’d been unaware of this film, until a week or so ago, when a friend mentioned it to me.
Queen Victoria is played by Emily Blunt, and Rupert Friend plays Prince Albert. As the Victorian era is fast becoming a favourite, I look forward to seeing it very soon.

I gather it was co-produced by Sarah Ferguson, and that Princess Beatrice has a non-speaking part. I’ll have to see it!
So I heard, apparently Beatrice is a lady-in-waiting who hold’s Victoria’s train at one point.
