I know I’ve been to your blog before, as I love history. As a matter of fact I think I even took the “what austen heroine are you?” quiz. I apologize for not commenting (and I can’t believe I didn’t knowing it’s contents)
lovely site, truly. and I wish I could do the evening meal and “bat watch” (though admittedly, we had a lot of bats where I used to live and every evening we could see them fly overhead)
Maybe you’ll attend and give us a report of the evenings happenings?

We can sit on the back of our boat at our marina and watch the bats after it gets dark. We love bats because they eat mosquitoes. Just saying. Have a great day.

Hi lala, nice to ‘meet’ you! I’m glad you’re enjoying the blog and hope you’ll visit again. Might to be lucky enough to get to the bat watch, but maybe one of the Rangers will take pity on me as I really love bats and tell me some more about them anyway 
I’d love to do that Sandee, and hey, mosquitoes are definitely a bonus!
